The
mission is designed so that each team member will be forced to confront
the 4
principles
needed to be successful in life.
How much have they learned about
these principles during the course of their training?
Do they really have the DESIRE needed to
get the hostage out of the barn in under 60 minuets and earn their RANCH
RING?
When things get tough on the mission, how much
INNER STRENGTH will they have to carry on?
With each member having 10
to 15 assignments,
will they stay FOCUSED?
And lastly, how much SELF CONTROL will they
have in getting each assignment done? Will they panic if something
doesn’t
go right or keep themselves in check?
Understanding and being able to
put into practice the principles
needed to be successful in life is what
THE RANCH is all about.
