As stated earlier, if the young men complete their mission in the time allotted, they are rewarded the Ranch Ring.

The Ranch Ring features a sky-blue stone and is personalized with THE RANCH name around the stone as well as the students name and date of the mission on one side, and the HAWK, the symbol of THE RANCH, on the other. Engraved on the inside is DIFS, the initials of the principles for success.

The RANCH RING is the prize all Ranch Members work for.
